THE DEAL!
The deal in question is for the 2021 Audi A6 Sport 45 TFSI quattro, a high-grade executive luxury sedan.
The Pre-Negotiated Deal cars come in two different configurations, Premium and Premium Plus, for an MSRP of about $59,880 and $61,580, respectively. Exact MSRP may vary slightly based on minor equipment differences.
The deal is simple: $511 per month with $0 down payment for the Premium, and $535 per month with $0 down payment for the Premium Plus. First month's payment, tax, registration, bank fee ($895), and document fee ($599) are due at signing. DEAL EVALUATION
Selling Price: The selling price on this Pre-Negotiated Deal Audi A6 Premium lease is 7.7% below MSRP pre-incentive, or 18.5% below MSRP with incentives applied. By contrast, the official Audi Lease Special for the A6 has only a 3.4% discount off MSRP pre-incentive.
At such a large discount, the Pre-Negotiated Deal dealer is selling the vehicle below cost (about $1,000 below invoice) in the hopes of meeting a volume bonus this month.
Money Factor: We’ve made sure that the Pre-Negotiated Deal money factor is the same as the buy rate set by Audi Financial Services: .00005 (0.12% APR). This is super low! There is no markup on the money factor.
Document Fee: The document fee of $599 is above the average document fee of $335 for New Jersey, but this increase is offset by the large discount reflected in the selling price.

THE FINE PRINT
This Pre-Negotiated Deal is only available within the Northeast region for residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, subject to availability.
Vehicle pick-up will occur at dealer(s) located within the Northeast Tri-State area. Delivery is included within the greater New York City metropolitan area. Deal is valid through March 31, 2021, or until vehicles are sold.
Pre-Negotiated Deal offer is available upon approved credit only. Amount due at signing and monthly payment may vary from the sample New Jersey deal sheets shown above depending on vehicle registration location, due to variations in local sales tax rate, registration fee, and tax structure.
At lease end, lessee is responsible for disposition fee of $495 to Audi Financial Services, $0.25/mile for miles driven in excess of the allotted mileage, and any excessive wear and tear. Excess wear and tear protection may be purchased at additional cost.
Exact vehicle color and configuration are subject to availability. The seller will try its best to assign the customer a car that matches the desired color. If not possible, the customer will be notified and may choose to select another color or forfeit the deal reservation.
Comparison between Pre-Negotiated Deal offer and official Audi lease offer is based on normalizing the official March 2021 Audi lease offer to account for differences in vehicle MSRP ($59,880 versus $57,445, respectively) and customer down payment ($0 versus $3,159). Official Audi lease offer requires $1,953 dealer contribution, which is equivalent to a discount of 3.4% off MSRP.
