The deal in question is for the 2021 Toyota Corolla LE, a reliable and practical sedan loaded with safety features, with an MSRP of about $22,000. Exact MSRP may vary slightly based on minor equipment differences.
The deal is simple: $159 per month! The amount due at signing will vary due to differences in lender, local taxes, fees, and how the deal is structured:
For a Texas resident, this equals $1,798 due at signing, plus a refundable $1,400 security deposit, for a 36-month lease, including all taxes (6.25%) and government fees.
For a New York resident, this equals $1,821 due at signing, with no security deposit due, for a 39-month lease, including all taxes (8.875%) and government fees.
These deals assume 10,000 miles per year, but additional options are available, up to 15,000 miles per year.

THE FINE PRINT
Vehicle pick-up occurs at dealer(s) located within Houston, TX, or the New York City metropolitan area. Delivery in the Northeast region available at an extra cost. Deal is valid through April 30, 2021, or until vehicles are sold.
Pre-Negotiated Deal offer is available upon approved credit only. Amount due at signing and monthly payment may vary from the sample Texas and New York deal sheets shown above depending on vehicle registration location, due to variations in local sales tax rate, registration fee, and tax structure.
At lease end, lessee is responsible for disposition fee to the lender ($350 in Texas and $450 in the Northeast), $0.15/mile for miles driven in excess of the allotted mileage, and any excessive wear and tear. Excess wear and tear protection may be purchased at additional cost.
Exact vehicle color and configuration are subject to availability. The seller will try its best to assign the customer a car that matches the desired color. If not possible, the customer will be notified and may choose to select another color or forfeit the deal reservation.
