Signed! 2022 Chevrolet Traverse One-Pay Lease ($329/Month Average Cost)

Source: @LeaseNYC on Leasehackr Forum

Facelifted for 2022, Traverse is Chevrolet’s three-row crossover. In a more basic configuration, it represents one of the better values for an eight-passenger SUV right now.

Here’s an example of a recently signed Traverse deal shared by Leasehackr reader @LeaseNYC:

Bringing something refreshing, too many jeep/ram leases lol. Signed this week. Car was a custom order and took 11 weeks from order to delivery. Original lease payment at the time of order was $342/mo but lost 1% RV (GM programs cannot be locked) and lost Costco rebate, monthly payment went up. Not too bad of a deal imo for this market.

Vehicle- 2022 Chevrolet Traverse LS AWD
MSRP- $37170 (Base w/ all weather mats)
Selling Price- $35803
Monthly Payment- $0 ($329/mo effective)
Term- 36mo/10k
MF- 0.00240
RV- 66%
Drive-offs- $11872 ($500 Order Deposit + $11372)
Incentives- $5100 ($2000 Lease Loyalty, $1000 Supplier, $2000 Lease Cash, $100 GM Rewards)

As we often advocate, @LeaseNYC placed a custom order and had to wait nearly three months for the vehicle, but the upshot of planning ahead (and patience!) is not having to pay an Additional Dealer Markup (ADM) — which would likely have been the case with with buying an inventory vehicle.

This deal was further made possible by stacking incentives. GM Financial is offering a $2,000 incentive for existing Chevrolet lessees, or $1,500 for current lessees of any non-GM vehicle. @LeaseNYC qualified for an additional $1,000 GM Supplier incentive; you can check your employer’s eligibility here.

Finally, @LeaseNYC went with a single-pay lease, which saved $1,700 in finance charges (about $47 per month saved) compared to a traditional lease.
