The Pre-Negotiated Deal for this configuration is simple: $470 per month with $0 down payment. First month's payment, tax, registration, bank fee ($925), document fee ($699), and security deposit are due at signing.

THE FINE PRINT
This Pre-Negotiated Deal is only available within the Northeast region for residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Washington DC, and Virginia, subject to availability.
Vehicle pick-up will occur at dealer(s) located within the New York, NY; Baltimore, MD; or Boston, MA metropolitan areas. Delivery is available only within New Jersey and the New York City metropolitan area at $150/vehicle. Deal is valid through March 31, 2021, or until vehicles are sold.
Pre-Negotiated Deal offer is available upon approved credit only. Amount due at signing and monthly payment may vary from the sample New Jersey deal sheets shown above depending on vehicle registration location, due to variations in local sales tax rate, registration fee, and tax structure.
At lease end, lessee is responsible for disposition fee of $350 to BMW Financial Services, $0.25/mile for miles driven in excess of the allotted mileage, and any excessive wear and tear. Excess wear and tear protection may be purchased at additional cost.
Exact vehicle color and configuration are subject to availability. The seller will try its best to assign the customer a car that matches the desired color. If not possible, the customer will be notified and may choose to select another color or forfeit the deal reservation.
