Need the practicality of an SUV but prefer the driving dynamics of car? Look no further than BMW’s X3, which nearly matches the road manners of their 3-series sedan while offering more cargo space. (A wagon would be even better, but sadly, BMW has discontinued the 3-series wagon.)
Browsing through the Leasehackr Marketplace, we found that broker @HN308 is offering 13 percent off MSRP, before incentives, on a selection of in-stock X3s with an MSRP of under $50,000. Furthermore, they have secured 12 percent off MSRP, before incentives, on in-stock X3s with MSRPs of $50,000 to $60,000. A total of ten X3s are available at these discounts.
For a 2021 BMW X3 xDrive30i with an MSRP of $49,085, this 13 percent off MSRP discount translates to as low as $385 per month with $0 down payment and only drive-off fees (first month’s payment, tax, registration, acquisition fee, and doc fee) due at signing, for a 36-month, 10,000 mile per year lease.
This sample deal factors in the $750 BMW Loyalty incentive for current lessees or owners of a BMW vehicle, as well as the Multiple Security Deposit (MSD) program, which lowers the money factor on the lease from .00082 (1.97% APR) to .00047 (1.13% APR).
Assuming a New Jersey vehicle registration address, the total drive-off for this sample deal is approximately $3,381 plus a $2,800 refundable security deposit and broker fee of $499.
@HN308 is also extending this same discount to other in-stock 2021 BMW models: 13 percent off MSRP if the. MSRP is below $50,000, and 12% off MSRP for all in-stock models between $50,000 to $60,000. This includes BMW 3-series and 5-series sedan models as well.
