Selling Price: The selling price on this Pre-Negotiated Deal CX-30 with Select Package lease is 8.3% below MSRP—excellent for a popular Mazda SUV with low margins. By contrast, the official Mazda lease offer for the CX-30 has only a 2.2% discount off MSRP.
At such a large discount, the Pre-Negotiated Deal dealer is selling the vehicle below cost (about $1,400 below invoice) in the hopes of meeting a volume bonus this month.
Money Factor: We’ve made sure that the Pre-Negotiated Deal money factor is the same as the buy rate set by Mazda Financial Services: .00092 (2.21% APR). There is no markup on the money factor.
Document Fee: The document fee of $999 is above the average document fee of $600 for Florida, but this increase is offset by the large discount reflected in the selling price.

THE FINE PRINT
This Pre-Negotiated Deal is only available for residents of Florida, subject to availability.
Delivery is included within Central and South Florida. You will save an additional $75 off the drive-off cost of the lease if the vehicle is picked up at the dealership, in lieu of delivery. Deal is valid through March 31, 2021, or until vehicles are sold.
Pre-Negotiated Deal offer is available upon approved credit only. Amount due at signing and monthly payment may vary from the sample Florida deal sheet shown above depending on vehicle registration location, due to variations in local sales tax rate, registration fee, and tax structure.
At lease end, lessee is responsible for disposition fee of $350 to Mazda Financial Services, $0.15/mile for miles driven in excess of the allotted mileage, and any excessive wear and tear. Excess wear and tear protection may be purchased at additional cost.
Exact vehicle color and configuration are subject to availability. The seller will try its best to assign the customer a car that matches the desired color. If not possible, the customer will be notified and may choose to select another color or forfeit deal reservation.
Comparison between Pre-Negotiated Deal offer and official Mazda lease offer is based on normalizing the official March 2021 Mazda CX-30 lease offer to account for differences in vehicle MSRP ($25,415 versus $23,225, respectively) and customer down payment ($0 versus $2,160). Official Mazda offer requires $500 dealer contribution, which is equivalent to a discount of 2.2% off MSRP.
